Awesomism Certification Process
THE PURPOSE
To give you the opportunity to connect to and work with these awesome kids in a brand new way, gain new awareness and experience of who they really are and to see beyond their perceived limitations to the amazing opportunity that they are offering us all. This certification process provides you the opportunity to learn the Autism to Awesomism Process directly from Suzy Miller and to be encouraged and supported in the use of this deep connection and process in your own personal work with the awesome children and families that you serve.
THE INTENDED PARTICIPANT
If you are drawn to this population and want to become better at understanding their gifts, interacting with and learning directly from them, then this course is for you. If you already sense that these children are special in unique ways and are intrigued by how they function in the world, then this course is for you. If you are already having wonderful, deep connections and insights in the presence of these children and want more information about what is going on, then this course is for you. No previous experience with this population is necessary. If you have the desire to know them beyond what you see, then you are already half way there.
THE OVERVIEW
This program is offered as a FUN COMPREHENSIVE WEEKEND COURSE followed by TWELVE WEEKLY conference calls with Suzy. This certifiication is held two times per year within the United States and one time each year outside of the United States.
During the weekend course, you will receive:
- An in-depth description of the information provided to parents in the Empowered Parenting Course plus the principals behind each teaching and the process needed to support a perceptual shift for those that you serve.
- Group energetic balancing to align the team to the principals of Awesomism.
- Individual energetic balancing from Suzy to align and optimize your specific work with the children.
- Instruction on how to connect and work with the children directly.
- Discussion, awareness and sharing regarding what is next for these amazing children and for us.
After the weekend course, you will participate in weekly one-hour conference calls with Suzy and the other certification participants for twelve weeks. During the conference calls, we will discuss practical applications and answer on-going questions as we personalize the information for various settings and share community support. Suzy will also offer new energetic balancing as needed and provide updated information on the children.
These calls complete the certification process and are held on Saturdays from 9:15-10:15 am PST, for twelve consecutive sessions, and incorporate both in-person and skype participants.
THE CERTIFICATION
After completing the weekend course and twelve week follow-up teleconference calls, you receive your Awesomism Certification. In addition to your certification you will:
- Be listed on the website as a certified in the Autism to Awesomism method, with contact information.
- Be provided with all the materials Suzy offers to parents in the Empowered Parent Program.
- Be provided with a personalized website link to have access to on-going information which supports your awareness of the children and interaction with others experiencing them from a broader perspective.
- Receive a copy of the Awesomism Starter Kit.
- Receive access to all recorded Free Friday Teleclasses.
- Have access to the group of certified practictioners via an email forum.
- Have access to all recorded weekly follow-up practitioner calls with Suzy.
- Be supported in providing the Awesomism Empowered Parent Program.
- Be supported in providing Awesomism workshops.
- Receive discounted rates on products.
- Receive discounted rates on private sessions with Suzy.
- Have the opportunity to participate in on-going research into the beneficial effects of this method.
THE SKYPE VERSION
THE SKYPE VERSION of the weekend workshop is held at a mutually agreed upon time between you and Suzy. It follows the same basic format as an in-person event and covers all the same materials, information, energetic alignments and practice connection to the kids. The certification benefits are the same as the the in-person version. This version allows you to start your certification process at a time that is convenient for you and also allows that process to be taylor-made for your needs.
